FAQs
All their products are amazing, quality and beauty
Got the shower box, and found the instruction book, waiting for installation now..
Well, this black shower system is quite the sight! Its impressively large and weighty, to say the least. I have to admit, Ill need to handle it with care when snap a pic to show my friends. But you know what? That just adds to its charm! I have a feeling its going to be the perfect centerpiece for my newly remodeled bathroom. Cant wait to showcase it once its installed!
This shower system looks and feels very high-end. The LED lights and Bluetooth are fun and make every shower feel like a mini spa. My only complaint is that the whole setup takes up a fair amount of visual space in a smaller bathroom. Still worth it overall.
Really like this setup. Handheld is easy to adjust, and all the sprays work smoothly. LED colors could be a little brighter, but honestly, it’s still a great buy.
Very happy with performance. Dropped a star because the manual wasn’t super clear on some parts of installation, and just note that if your home water pressure isn’t great, some modes don’t feel as strong as expected.
I didnt realize the shower system was on pre-sale when I ordered it, so I waited about a week before it arrived. Totally worth the wait! The quality looks excellent, and now I’m just looking forward to getting it installed.
After buying it for 10 days more, I found that the price of the shower faucet had dropped a little, after contacting Casainc customer service, they really refunded me the difference. I think the experience is very good, and the functions of this shower are really worth the price.
The product is elegant, and the customer service is exceptionally accommodating and helpful.
The product is beautiful and customer service is good.
very good if i knew i would have bought it before
Matte black is the best! Arrived and packaged well, top shower really big, luckily my bathroom is big enough, love the functions most
Ordered 2 showers, both with great looking in black surface, fit new house design and really good quality
This is the most amazing shower system. Arrived very fast. The shower is nice and the LED looks nice. A must have!!!
The shower set is extremely well made. We just had it installed, the different functions totally give good relaxation, a huge overhead shower just makes the experience more luxurious.
This shower system showed up at my doorstep quicker than I could even imagine - talk about lightning-speed delivery! I mean, I barely had time to brew a cup of coffee before it arrived, and that was just 2 days after hitting the order button. Now, Im here, eagerly tapping my foot, waiting for the plumber to swing by and work their magic. The anticipation is palpable, folks! Cant wait to see what this baby can do once its all hooked up and ready to roll. :D
wow, Im TOTALLY loving this shower system! Its got everything: waterfall, rain, handheld, LED, Bluetooth, and even a music system! Seriously, its better than my expectation, like a spa in my own bathroom. Im so happy with it that Id definitely recommend it to my bros!! The gold color is just awesome!
Overall, this shower system is decent. The build quality seems sturdy with nice materials and a good finish. The size of the main showerhead was a bit surprising, but its not necessarily a bad thing. However, I havent been able to test the water pressure or performance yet as its not installed. Hopefully, it lives up to expectations once its up and running.
