FAQs
The shower of our dreams is finally finished, when we found the Casainc shower fixture set we knew we had to design the whole shower around it
The materials feel high quality, and so far, no issues with leaks or water flow. Definitely recommend!
My husband and I both love this shower system. It’s perfect when we’re in a rush in the morning since we can shower at the same time. The adjustable settings are nice, though I wish the handheld shower had a bit more pressure. Other than that, it’s been a great addition to our home!
Could’ve had more functions and created a bit more pressure on some of the settings but overall it works great
very satisfied with the quality of the the shower system i purchased. I had questions after my install and emailed their customer service. They immediately called me back and walked me through the solution. additional email correspondence was fast and helpful as well. I plan to purchase additional products in the future.
Very nice shower. Would recommend.
This type shower head is honestly a must have for any dog owner who bathed their dog at home or whoever likes to clean their shower with ease. My only complaint is the length of the tubing is a little short. I even got one for my elderly parents and they also had the same complaint. No leaks and easy to install
I like the quality and good service
Bought this for a shower remodel.
Was excited to receive but once tried out it constantly drips after taking a shower. Looking to return and put my old one back
The shower assembly is very well made.
Works great was a little hard to install but after that the product is great!
Love the look and quality of this shower head and hand sprayer, bought another one for my second shower!
Looks really good when installed, super happy we did order it! Plumber had no problem installing the parts
Really easy to install. Love having two faucets, making for total coverage of body and head. Average length of handheld.
The pressure is average, about what you expect or get from others. Really only issue, I can deal with the lightness, its not going anywhere so it should last, just wish it had more pressure to enjoy the different settings
Beautiful product
Easy installation in new bathroom and the style of the gold in beautiful. Highly recommend!
Great product, well-made easy to install. I would highly recommend this mirror. Customer service was fantastic. Had an issue with the hand held spark not stay in holder and they took care of me.
Beautiful master bedroom shower
Recomendado
So far so good.
I’m enjoying it! Happy I made the purchase.
Overall its a good product exactly what I was expecting
It arrived on time. Customer service answered questions and was very helpful. I will be a repeat customer.
This is definitely not high pressure as advertised, but, for the price and knowing itll likely need to be replaced at some point (hopefully over a year and will update this review) this is worth it. Its construction is cheap but it works. dual heads are cool, not all the features work due to no pressure. Despite the cons, Id likely buy it again.
Helps nicely in cleaning during a shower, good price. Nice flexibility re cleaning hard to reach spots. Not good enough to marry though.
Its gorgeous . Havent gotten the chance to see it in action. Our bathroom remodels keep getting pushed back because of material delays
It was easy enough to install. The handheld switch is a little tough to change the top one is fine tho. Overall I would recommend.
ITS OK
Great product with great customer service! Thank you!
I replaced an existing shower head with this one.
We haven’t installed it yet but was a great price for this item!
Great quality for a affordable price!
